Usually, in any picture edit program there is a flip Horizontal/Vertical icon. Find it and make yourself acquainted with it...
Thought you were computer savvy :P.
But apart from the back strain caused by flipping my (21', >25 kg) screen, I honestly enjoyed looking at the pictures.
